What Causes Dizziness While Having Normal BP?

What can Dizziness be..? No over drinking or drugs involve, I ware older glasses can that cause this, it is infrequent and bothersome I am 67 years old Healthy woman, only drugs I take are 50 mg sertraline, 1 pantroposlal valium 29 mg at night & Ibuphone, other wise very healthy No blood press or high cholesterol & no signs of a stroke.

Hello,

Sertraline may cause giddiness in a few people. Other possibilities like BPPV? or acute viral labyrinthitis or vestibular neuronitis or infection etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Vertin.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
