What Causes Dizziness While On Lisinopril?

I am taking 20 mg lisinopril and 25 mg atenolol each morning for hypertension. Over the past 5-6 weeks I have been getting dizzy for 4-5 hours after taking meds. By afternoon I am less dizzy (or lightheaded). I Wonder if it is caused by the meds? I am 84 years old with well-controlled BP: 105/65 typical w/50-55 BPM pulse rate. I am physically active and walk/jog 3-4 times/week for 2-3 miles. Thanks much.

I think it can be from the hypotension, and probably you need to reduce the anti hipertensiv therapy dose, may be 10 mg of lisinopril is enough for you.
