What Causes Dizziness While On Losartan?

I am getting ready to take Losartan for high blood pressure. I did try a diuretic first but it made me quite faint. I am concerned about dizziness. Do you have an idea of what the percent of people who take Losartan ( 100MG ) have side effects. i am a 61 yr male. good health. slightly overweight Thanks

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Every med you take carries its own side effects. However, when doctors prescribe Losartan to you, it means the benefits you get are higher than the side effects you might have.

Do not worry about the side effects, but focus more on taking it as prescribed.

Diuretics carry more side effects as their use is associated with dehydration, which caused you to feel dizzy.
