What Causes Dizziness While On Wellbutrin?

I am a 62 year old male, 6 ft tall, 235 lbs., with high blood pressure treated with medication, high cholesterol treated with medication, and take Wellbutrin with normal blood pressure and pulse. This afternoon I started feeling dizzy and lightheaded. Symptoms worse when standing up or walking up stairs. No abnormal shortness of breath. Now also experiencing a ringing in my ears. No chest or arm pain.

should continue treatment for all your problem. hypertensive profile can be done.take salt free diet and change of treatment if requered.might be having postural hypotention.
