What Causes Dizziness While On An Airplane?

hello Doctor , i have this wierd feeling during take off in airplane , i get totally dissoriented and crazy dizzy for few sec, its like i feel we are falling . what can cause this problem is has stopped me from flying as it was so servere. only take off not landing . family and friends dont understand what in talking ab as they dont feel anything like this.

I would advise you to use a scopolamine patch next time you travel by air. It will help to control the air sickness. But since it causes drowsiness you must consult your physician before using it.
