What Causes Dizziness While Raising The Arms?
Why do I feel lightheaded and dizzy when I raise my arms or tighten my neck and shoulder above my head during physical therapy for left shoulder adhesive capsulitis? I m female, age 55 in good health, runner, cardiovascular disease, no diabetes, good cholesterol levels. No history syncope.

Episode of single incidence can be nonspecific, but if persistent and repeatedly happening every time during the same procedure, then cerebrovascular insufficiency should be worked out with MRI brain.
