What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Anxiety And Neuropathy?

Dizziness. Being treated for anxiety. Blood pressure neuropathy. Is it the meds or what have had therapy for imbalance. No difference. Have a non malignant tumor have had 2 MRI s neurologist says it s not causing the problem come back in a year see if there any change in position. I just feel tipsy. Any clues ? Don t seem to get any clear answers

Anyway, I would first recommend checking vitamin B12 plasma levels for possible deficiency and thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
