Hello
Welcome to Health care magic
I appreciate your for asking your query.
Understand the cardiac murmer is the sound during the heartbeat.
The condition may be congenital or may be develop later.
it may or may not be harmless but one need to take followup to make sure the murmer is not leading to develop any heart condition. any positive finding indicate that the valve is damaging.
I would suggest you to visit your cardiologist for routine examination and his opinion so that assessment can be done and in case of any finding treatment can be initiated.
Delay in treatment may lead to some serious damage.

Thanks
Dr Ratnesh
