What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From High Blood Pressure?

I m on high blood pressure medicine however I have started a weight loss program and exercising regularly. my blood pressure is 117/65 and I feel a little lightheaded when standing, should I talk to my doctor about adjusting my medicine or is my blood pressure normal?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that you have could be due to orthostatic hypotension and it may not be due to the medicine that you, still it is most advisable to get read the blood pressure by physician, you can of course discussed this with your physician but the dose of medicine can not be adjusted because of the symptoms you have, and even it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
