What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Hypertension?
My husband has high blood pressure but he was feeling dizzy, light headed and sick to his stom. I took his pressure at 11:30 it was 90/58. gave him some dill pickles & pretzels. took agn ar 2:00 it is now 98/46. Do I need to take him to Med express, emergency rm or continue to monitor?

I think should send to Emergency. Keep monitoring his blood pressure and give water with oral replacement salt. He might overdose his BP medications.
Give him a coffee meanwhile. Should reconsider his current therapy and health status.
