What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Low Iron Levels?
Hi I recently visited my local GP due to feeling very tired, dizzy and run down. I got a blood test and it came back that my iron was slightly low but my white blood cell count was extremely low. I also noticed that my hair was falling out (especially around the Crown and temples) but she said that was due to stress. I never had any hair loss up to 2-3 months before that. I am working two jobs (60-80hours a week) and I am working out in the gym 7days a week and on a very strict diet (no calories). I returned a month after the 1st blood test and my white cells increased slightly, and I returned again after that and the increased even more but was still very low. They said that basically my immune system was extremely low and asked me to come back in 3months to give myself more time to heal naturally. Does this sound right? Is there anything I should do to help? Should my hair return to normal if I improve?
hai, I understand your problem. as the reason for your hair fall may be your iron level and improper food intake.
less calorie and no calorie food will help in reducing the weight but ultimately basic nutrients like protein and other essential vitamins and minerals will be deficient.
so take protein rich food like cashew,almond,peanut,nuts etc to balance your daily protein need. take dates,pomegranate and fig to enhance your iron production in your body naturally.
in protein deficiency hair loss is obvious. so eat healthy food and keep away from stress . have sound sleep. drink adequate water. 4 liters of water.
