What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Shoulder Pain?

I am going to PT for neck issue that is causing pain in right should when I turn to the right and it seems to be working. However, I started getting somewhat dizzy and a little unbalanced a few days ago. Can this be a sign of something more serioius. I am 67 years old

Hello,

Consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out cardiac causes as it can present with shoulder pain without obvious chest pain.

Most probably it is just a muscular pain and dizziness is due to sharp pain associated syncope.
