What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Sinusitis?

I am working in shifts from 6PM to 2.30 AM and i take atleast 7-8 hours sleep after i finish my work.Now a days i am feeling dizziness and spinning sensation and not able to walk properly sometimes.Checked with neurology (CT scan),ENT and came to know that i have sinisitis.will sinisits cause these symptoms or any other thing could be the reason??? I have done the total body check up also and did not get any abnormality in the reports.
