What Causes Dizziness While Walking?

HI I am Tijo had hypertension on last Feb and went to emergency. I had around 150/99 . That time doctor prescribed me Amlodipine 10 mg..morning and evening 5mg...also doctor told to reduce my weight...currently i lost my weight around 15 pounds...now April....even i still suffering head spin sensation while walking..it started after Feb..i consulted almost all doctors neurology/eye/and e&t ..nobody can findout any..please help

diagnosis and medication is right. only i want to add that exclude diabetes. add salt free diet take bland diet avoid fast food. refrain from alcohol and smoking. take fresh vegetable and fruits. hypertensive profile should be done. by fundus examination exclude hypertensive retinopathy.
