What Causes Dizziness With Headache & Neck Pain?

Dear Dr,
since few months I feel some pain in the left side of my head, dizziness, these symptomes are increased if I move my head right and left, with little pain in the neck.
I made many examinations including blood, sugar, heart, brain and cervical spine. nothing was significant.
What might be the problem?

Hi,
I feel you should get your ears checked by an ENT specialist near you. Dizziness with change in position usually involves inner ears. Did you recently had an ear infection?
