What Causes Dizziness With Mild Headache?
ABOUT EVERY FEW DAYS APART I WAKE UP DIZZY AND HAVE A FAINT HEAD ACHE, THE DIZZIES LAST ALL DAY, BUT THE HEAD ACHE SUBSIDES. I GOT VERTIGO IN NOVEMBER, I WAS GIVEN MEDS, WHICH I TOOK FOR 2 WEEKS, AND THE DIZZINESS SUBSIDED, BUT THEN I GOT A COLD ROUND NEW YRS, AND IS NOW GONE,
I DON'T FEEL LIKE I HAVE VERTIGO AGAIN, I ONLY GET DIZZY WHEN I STAND, I CAN MOVE MY HEAD WITHOUT ANY DIZZINESS, JUST WHEN I STAND AND WALK

I really appreciate your concern, this is vertigo only and may be due to less blood supply to the tympani membrane (Ear drum) if I would be your doctor then I would surely treat you with the following medicine
1) Betahistine dihydro chloride 8 mg three times in day
This gives excellent result in vertigo cases, and I hope you too going have the same result, take care and have nice day.
