Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that his symptoms could be related to a reaction to the pain or an infection.

Anyway, considering the head trauma, I would recommend performing a brain CT scan in order to exclude a possible skull fracture and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, blood electrolytes).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
