What Causes Dizziness?

Hi, I am feeling off balance (a little like the room is spinning) what is that a symptom of? What causes it? And is there something homeopathic that I can take or over the counter? I am not a medicine type person. This has occurred for going on 2 days now. However... I am still able to function normally (work, drive etc.).

I think you should attend a vertigo clinic and get yourself checked. Till then avoid activities like driving, handling machines etc.
