What Causes Dizziness?

I miscarried about 5 weeks ago. I had my bHCG checked about 1.5 weeks ago and it still wasn t at 0. Today I ve been really dizzy. I m not sure if this could be part of the hormonal changes associated with my miscarriage. Or if it could be something else.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dizziness can be due to weakness, anemia or hypotension due to any cause.
Beta hCG levels become zero by 6 weeks post abortion.
Persistent beta hCG can be due to chronic ectopic pregnancy or gestation trophoblastic neoplasia.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
