Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
During midday when I walk outside and the sun is shinning, the reflection of the light from the pavements cause me to feel dizzy and so bad that I have to return to sheltered buildings. I get dizzy when I climb up steps. I get dizzy if I am stationary for a while and rush to get up and go somewhere.
It looks like you feel dizzy with low blood pressure. I would recommend you to not walk out in the sun if at all you feel dizzy. If you naturally have low blood pressure and with dehydration, you may experience increased dizziness. It would be better if you could have some salty refreshments to drink before you leave out during the day time. If you still continue to have dizziness throughout the day or any other associated symptoms, i would recommend you to consult a doctor for further management.
Kindly revert back to us for any further queries.
Thank you
