What Causes Dizziness?

I get dizzy sometimes, like not a quesy feeling, but lightheaded dizzy. I just recently roadtripped from Minneapolis to Los Angeles, might that have something to do with it? I can be sitting and eating, and I'll just feel dizzy? I am assuming this isnt normal?

Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

It is of course not normal, but it is also not to worry as you are seating and eating and no history of fall or injury.
You need to check your blood pressure, it is likely low that I guess from your symptoms.Or may be due to some cochlear(inner ear) disturbance as you have traveled.
Else just take oral rehydration solution(ORS-ELECTRAL), you will feel better.
If this problem persist, please consult doctor for check up.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
