What Causes Dizziness?

i ve recently saw my cervical spine straight in neck x ray. i m suffring from dizziness for the past 10 years and dizziness attcks are quite common now as they were before. always feel lazy even wake up after 8 hours of sleep. what are the reasons and if there is any hope?
