What Causes Dizziness?

I ve been experiencing some form of tremor and dizziness that comes and goes away. Could it be stress related as am a workaholic or could alcohol intake cause it? I am 37yrs of age, 85kg and I ve no medical history that could warrant this. however, i do experience some form of haemorrhoid with ocassional bleeding.
