What Causes Dizziness?

Hi, my name is Gerry. I was struck by a stele pipe in the back of my head about 10 years ago. I have recently been experiencing dizziness and I'm wondering if I have a reason to be concerned? Could you please give me an idea of what might be going on? Thank You

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had head injury 10 years back, now you are getting the dizziness,so it may not have any relation.
The reasons other than that may be the infection of the internal ear, hypo or hyperglycemia, Hypertension etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, cinnerzine.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
