What Causes Dizziness?

Hi,
For some time(since two weeks) some dizziness is coming to me. My BP is (80/120). I met a doctor in-person he told it is 'Vertigo". Gave some medicines. But it didn't cure. Have taken CT scan, there is nothing problem in my brain. could you please tell what it might be?

hello and thank you for sking HCM,

I understand your concern. Your doctor could be right and you probably have vertigo. vertigo don't have to be connected with changes on your brain, it can also be a result of changes in your inner ear. I suggest you to visit a neurologist who will make some tests which will say if the problem is in the inner ear.
Untill than try to avoid rapid movements of your head and body.

I hope this answer was helpfull to you.
