What Causes Dizziness,headache And Itching On Foot?

I am getting sudden dizzy spells, recently developed an irritating itch on my left foot which has no obvious physical or tendon damage or infection/rash. I get frequent headaches akin to standing up too fast but can last for up to thirty seconds even when i am not standing up. Is there any obvious link here?
