What Causes Dizziness,nausea And Low BP?

A friend who has fibromyalgia,has been dizzy,little. Nausea.Has low blood pressure regularly.Doc says it s stress and or fibromyalgia. Gave here pill which only knock her out.Wondering what you might suggest.,going to get her a blood monitoring cuff.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness,nausea and low BP . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query asthma , middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , hypotension or heart rhythm disorder. I would suggest ou to consult cardiologist for proper diagnosis and to rule out more serious condition first . Doctor may order ECG , TMT along with complete blood profile and check vitals. and treat accordingly . Doctor may prescribed betablockers , frusamide and aspirin . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem or chest specialist for chest problem .
