What Causes Dizziness,nose Bleeding And Headaches?

Im 25 year old male. About 6'3" and 275 lbs. Tonight i became dizzy while sitting on my couch watching tv. It was very subtle until i started moving more or tilting my head to the side. When i lay down it becomes severe for a moment but then settles. As i layed down i got a small nose bleed. But it was very brief and did not even require a tissue. I have been taking the 5 hour energy drjnks once a day for almost a month now and get headaches on days that i miss due to the caffeine withdrawl. Could these be related?
