What Causes Dizziness,profuse Sweating And Diarrhea After Eating?
Last week I suddenly started profusely sweating and became very dizzy, within a few minutes I was having diarhea and vomiting. I had made some chicken and noodles and was wondering if the chicken was possibly contaminated or it was just a stomach bug. Vomiting and dry heaves lasted about 4 hours.

Food positioning caused this the chicken u ate was most likely infected with shigella. You need to have plenty of fluids along with antibiotics n antiemetics for a period of 5 days
