What Causes Dizziness, sore And Tenderness After Ears Syringed?
I got my ears syringed this afternoon and felt dizzy after each ear was done. My right ear was the really blocked and was done twice. The second time nothing came out. I was then asked to continue using the drops to soften the wax and to come back on Monday to try get the rest out. Now my right ear is sore, tender and throbbing and I can feel my pulse. Should I be worried about a ruptured ear drum or infection? I am healthy 28 year old and have no other heath issues.
Hi, thanks for the query. Most likely it is due infection occur after trauma during syringing or using ear bud & swollen wax. If I were your treating doctor, i would clean your ear under microscope with suction & also see status of your ear canal & ear drum. Continue ear drop to soften wax. Hope this information helpful to you, take care and have a nice day.
