What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Blurred Vision And Abdominal Pain?

Hi I have a friend who is 45 years of age and just called and told me that today at work her head felt crazy her eyes became blurry and she was sick at her stomach . One of her arms also hurt. Her blood pressure when checked later was 137 over 92. She was scared but did not go to the doctor or hospital - now several hours later her eye is still not acting properly. What can I tell her? - Thanks Susan

refraction should be done by ophthalmologist and if error is detected it should be correctedbp is moderately in higher side hypertensive profile should be done. diet control like restricted salt diet and treatment will cure her
