What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Double Vision Despite Taking Montus?

hello I was vomiting for a day and half, dizzy, weak, wasnt eating and along with that, my right ear was bleeding the day before. figure it was a rupture ear drum. when to a doctor, he thought i was pregnant re the symptoms... the test was negative. so he prescribed some tablets after he did some checks, and came to the conclusion that it was my ear that is causing the vomiting and the dizziness. he prescribed.. Gravol 50mg L Montus 5-10mg StugeronForte 75mg Have i stop vomiting? yes... the dizzy left? No, Im still dizzy.... have double vision...the room spins and waaayyy fast. what do you think? and what is the use for each tablet?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is the otitis (Inflammatory condition of vestibular region and surrounding structure cause the sever vertigo, vomiting, vision disturbances ) once the condition treated well then it will be fine soon, have bed rest in my opinion better to see the ENT surgeon for better management hope this information helps.
