What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Elevated Creatinine And GFR Levels?

I had blood tests run that indicate my creantine levels are too high as well as GFR numbers are of concern. I m headed for an ultrasound in a few weeks. What should I expect a treatment to be to get my numbers back in the appropriate range? What are symptoms I might experience....now I m feeling dizzy and have a bad headache that has lasted a few days. I was nauseated but that seems to have passed. Some insight please?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It may be a contusion due to minor trauma. Generally, it will settle by itself even without any treatment. If he is developing unprovoked bruises without any trauma history, possible causes like bleeding disorders must be considered.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
