What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Nausea?

Thank you, yesterday around 8 pm I got up to get ready for bed and I started feeling really dizzy and felt like I had to throw up. Today I feel fine but starting to feel a little light headed. should I go to the ER. This has happened in the past and lasted 3 days then nothing till now Thank you. M Cordova

you might be having low blood Pressure if you have a device with you or can go to a nearby ER and get your BP checked than it will answer the Question.in the meanwhile you can increase your liquid intake and drink plenty ofjuices.
