What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Shortness Of Breath?

I have been taking Cymbalta since October for my fibromyalgia. Over the last few weeks I have episodes of feeling dizzy and short of breath, along with frequent nose bleeds. My BP has been elevated from the norm. Typically,it is quite low...avg 110/70 but it has been as high as 155/97 and the dystolic has been consistAntly in the mid to high 80s. Could I be developing prehypertension?
