What Causes Dizzy Spells And Nausea Having Bumps On The Forehead?

I recently was in a physical altercation with my boyfriend and I have 2 bumps on my forehead and a bump on my temple as well as several other brusies I am just wondering ive been feeling very dizzy and nauseas and i cant lay down fully or it feels like im spinning and im worried there is something wrong

Hi,Welcome to HCM Clinic.

You seem to have complaints from Head Injury Cerebral Concussion with Vertigo after the physical altercation with bumps on your head from your boyfriend.

I would suggest you to consult ER Surgeon for Second Opinion Urgently ,who would do the needful physical examination and CT Scan of the Brain to assess the severity of the Head Injury and possibilitiy of SOL(Space Occupying Lesion) in the brain.
After assessment of the Head Injury,You may need Hospitalization for 48 hours and observations with Iv Medications,if need be.
You should not worry till the HPR report of the Biopsy confirms t
he exact nature of the lump.Further directions for management would be given by the ER Surgeon /and NeuroSurgeon if need be.
Alerts for You-
Keep Nil By Mouth till you recheck with your doctors.
You should not selfmedicate or Neglect or postpone medical check from your doctors.Its Urgent or things may complicate more.
