What Causes Dizzy Spells And Nausea Post Placement Of Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt?

I m 43 I had a colloid cyst removed Nov 2013 6 days later I had vp shunt placed.April 2014 shunt disconnected it was repaired 4 days later back in hospital with staff 2 weeks later it was replaced and was released.but now I stay dizzy and loopy feeling I m nauseous everyday.I m tired of this! What could be causing this?
