What Causes Dizzy Spells And Pain In Neck?

I am having dizzy spells when sitting and sometimes when standing... some are severe and I have to completely stop and sit down until it passes. I also have severe pain in the right side of neck and when I rotate my neck to try and get some releif, that causes me to feel dizzy. Help please....
