For the past few days I keep getting dizzy spells. I can only describe the feeling as though I am about to faint and my brain cuts out for a second. For the last hour I get the dizzy spell and the tip of my tongue feels tingling for a second or two. The feeling of the tongue as though I am about to be sick although I don t feel sick and I am not sick. I am about to start a new job but these dizzy spells are throughout the day and have been for the past few days. What is wrong with me??
