What Causes Dizzy Spells, Lightheadedness And Pressure In Body?
I am a 28 yr old female. Sometimes I have spells where I suddenly get extremely sleepy then confused and unable to speak well. I also get dizzy and lightheaded and feel a lot of pressure throughout my body. Usually it will end but today it s lasted all day and quite frankly I m very worried
