What Causes Dizzy Spells, Vomiting And Tiredness While Suffering From Anxiety?

i have been having mild dizzy spells which cause vomiting and i and i feel tired most of the day, i am young and in good health as far as i am aware, i also suffer from anxiety in which i choose not to take medication to treat, was just wondering if it could be part of that or maybe possible pregnancy not sure what else it could be

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. dizzy spells, vomiting and tiredness are common symptoms for an anxiety disorder patient. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Such a fear is carried by everyone in the world. But everyone do know they have no control over such future events and therefore it is futile to think and worry about them. Secondly, nobody has enough time to think about it. Thirdly everyone are busy living, there is no other alternative except living properly.
