I get a short dizy spell when I lie down or get up. It started when I returned east from a trip out west. I also had a chest cold and was very tired upon returning, took a z-pack. I feel much better now but still a bit tired and have a little congestion. The larger concern is the dizt spells
Dizziness may be cardiac in origin or cerebrovascular in origin. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Get it done ECG, ENT examination and MRI brain. Use tablet Vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

What Causes Dizzy Spells While Having Cold?
Hello, Viral Infection may cause labyrinthitis to lead to vertigo. Eustachian tube block or vestibular neuronitis or BPPV may lead to vertigo. Dizziness may be cardiac in origin or cerebrovascular in origin. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ECG, ENT examination and MRI brain.
