What Causes Dizzy Spells While On Antibiotics Post A Steroid Shot?

I went to the dr. last Monday because of cough. He said I also had water in ears so gave me cough med, and antibiotic. I have been taking as prscribed and last night and today I am getting extreme dizziness after napping. ALSO, had back steroid injection the next day on Tuesday. Why am I dizzy?
