What Causes Dizzy Spells With Blurry Vision In Liver Cirrhosis Patients?

i have been having dizzy spells and blurred vision for a while and sight was lost in the left eye for 10 mins.i have autoimmune cirrhosis , i had my eyes checked and are fine,sugars and bloods normal had ct scan and was normal . why is this happening?

it may be side effect of treatment. might be giving steroid for autoimmune disorder. prolong use of steroid can induce cataract and glaucoma. treating doctor should know these facts and manage accordingly.
