Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your husband is having dizzy spells and nausea.
Since there is history of head injury in the recent past, this requires evaluation to rule out chronic concussion head injury.
Hence this requires evaluation by neurological examination and investigations like CT scan.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
