What Causes Dizzy Spells With Lightheadedness And Inability To Move Easily?

Yes I have congestive heart failure. I was diagnosed in stage 3. My first test with an echocardiogram was with ejection fraction of 30% in the left bottom chamber. Another test was performed 6 months later and now is at a 45%. I do not understand why I still feel tired, get dizzy spells, feel light headed and still unable to move around better. I do not understand why my feet and ankles still swell so bad. My doctor says everything id better. I don t feel it at all. Why do I still feel bad?

i can't get your age which is very important for your problem. 45% is better but not so normal. it is very good that ejection increased from 30% to 45%. weakness may be for your medicines, as i don't know what medicines are you taking so can't inform definitely.

I really appreciate your concern you have not mentioned your age and gender here looking to the history given here this information was important for to give you right advise, if this is case of congestive heart failure then underlying cause need to be ruled out, and you need to have the regular follow up and medicine too, take care and have a nice day.
