General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms suggests involvement of internal ear(labarynth)in your trauma caused by the stroke. You need consultation with your neurophysician at the earliest. Get examined by MRI (on his advice and start with specific medication). Till then, I advise rest in bed and avoid sitting which instigated your trouble.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
