What Causes Dizzy Spells, raised Heart Beats And Pain In My Tailbone?

I've been extremely (almost falling over) dizzy spells and I've been urinating more frequently than usual. The inside of my tailbone hurts when I sit and get up from sitting. I just drank 2 bottles of gatorade in less than 50 seconds (very unusual for me) and my heart is racing and I just feel plain terrible.

Hi,

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a UTI infection or a local inflammation in the tailbone.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- a tailbone X-ray study
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- a urine analysis
- blood electrolytes.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
