What Causes Double Coloured Stools With Abdominal Bloating?
I ve been having some pain in my abdomen and some burning stool. I recently quit taking Pepcid after taking it for over a year. My stool today was two distinct colors in one single stool. There was some very dark brown and some light brown as well. I also have a sensation of being full or liquid/gas, possibly from the lack of Pepcid breaking down my food.

I will suggest you not to worry about color of stool as long as its brown, whether a dark or light brown. I would count this change as a mild diarrhea or there may be start of diarrhea and you will be feeling fullness. I would like to know for what reason you were taking pepcid and why have you left if now. Just keep yourself hydrated. Worry is when some color is red, white or black color.
