What Causes Double Vision And Numbness In Leg After Craniotomy?

Hi 36 yrs old have had a craniotomy to remove a chronical subdural its been a month now and still see double vision,numbness in both my right leg and hand.when will they go away?when can i drive again,when can i use a phone,will i ever drink alcohol?
